Ray Bradbury: Science fiction writer, Bo Derek admirer and public library crusader. (New York Times) If you haven't read DANDELION WINE, it's a very summery book with a shimmer of nostalgia you wouldn't expect from the author of THE MARTIAN CHRONICLES.

I saw this entry and was sure you were linking to an obituary, but I was wrong. That's the second or third time I've mistakenly believed Ray Bradbury was dead.

I used to do the same thing with Kurt Vonnegut, until he actually died. (RIP.)
