Here is a BEA fiction for you: I met a lot of authors and it wasn't awkward, after which I enjoyed a delicious meal at the Javits Center and took a hovercraft home. See you in 2010!

Congratulations! I am very bad at unbooking, which wouldn't be so much of a problem if I wasn't such a compulsive . . . booker. I have been trying to cut back for some time now but between library book sales and Amazon.com gift certificates and a gf in the publishing industry I still manage to add four or five to my collection every month.
I wouldn't have gotten to this particular juncture in book-owning if I didn't have the same problem, albeit with slightly altered details. Once my collection all fits nicely into the shelves again I suppose I will have to re-evaluate.
